I'd - sounds like the english word ride, but without the R, or the word Wide, but without the W.
I've - sounds like dive, but without the D. Or say the number five, then say it without the F.
You're - Sounds like the number four, but with a Y. Or the word door, but without the D. Like days of yore, (as in days of old). For somebody that's not an English speaker, you spell better than some people on this site.

I'd - rhymes with hide or ride.
I've - rhymes with hive or jive.
You're - much as you would say "your" In fact, many native English speakers mix the two up because they pronounce them alike. "You're," however, should sound almost like two syllables - you - ur
I want to congratulate you on learning to speak English. I am an American and have never learned to speak any other language; this is true of most Americans!

You're is harder...it SOUNDS like Yur and kinda rhymes with Burr.
