honestly im a vegetarian so i wouldent know , but im living with a bunch of die hard carnivores who say its great chewy game. *shudder*

It is a very lean meat. It is gamey and chewy because it's so lean. I just asked my grandfather this question. In the past, his family used to eat rabbit during times of harship so thats how he knows. A nice steak would be much better!
