if you are speaking of scrubbing the affected area then NO

salt is a cube shaped molucule ...meaning it has sharp edges that will tear your skin!....and you should never exfoliate live ance

if you are having some acne issues then watch your diet...lots of water, get some sunlight and wash your face with a gentle cleanser morning and night.....i work for a wonderful beauty company that sells incredible yet safe ance solutions

email me for more info if interested

I would try it watered down first, so you don't do more damage to your skin. I haven't heard that salt applied directly to pimples can cure it, but I did hear that garlic has major healing properties, especially with pimples. If you do decide to try the garlic, slice it in half, and apply the cut side to the pimple. If the pimple is popped, it might burn a little, but that should subside after a minute or two. Good luck.

I've heard toothpaste works better, or tea tree oil.
