Haha. I've had several, I used to go to a Baptist church. They were all Ned Flanders.

That's why I don't like the whole feminist-chauvinism fad right now. It's laid on so thick, and its everywhere.
Every show on TV has a fat lazy idiot "yes, dear" of a husband and this perfect, gorgeous hard working woman who takes care of everything.
If she can do it all by herself and he's such a pain in the butt, why'd she bother getting married? To make the sex "legal"?
How's about a show with a real guy who takes care of themselves and does more than satellite tv and keeping the couch from floating away?
whoo. I went on a little tirade there, didn't I?
Freedom of speech is a great thing, even if you don't agree with what's being said. And as long as inappropriate and crass talk is not happening around children, and the talk isn't abusive, I say people should be able to express their views.
Even Ned Flanders.
But, dude, the moustache has got to go.

I think the kid you describe would more likely have been Rod or Tod Flanders.

Perhaps he got better grades than you because he knew more than you. In the form of Jesus. Jesus has a way of blessing those who praise Him and glorify the Father. In this case, good grades.
Think about it.
