This sound like it could be a serious condition called appendicitis or it can be a tubal pregnancy. Go to your doctor or to the nearest hospital as soon as you can so you can get the proper diagnoses. Any pain that occurs near you major organs shouldn't be taken lightly.

Your stomach is located in the upper left quadrant of your abdomen and is partially covered by the ribs. If this is where the pain is and where it stays, it's not your appendix. Now if the pain is actually in the lower right quadrant of your abdomen, it could be appendicitis. Your best bet is to get to an ER or Urgent Care walk-in clinic be examined right away. If it's not appendicitis, it could be something equally serious.

Though its not near your ovaries that doesn't necessarily mean anything, there's something called relative pain which is where the pain that you may be feeling may not be coming necessarily from the area causing it. I could relate this to with a dry socket (abnormal or nil clotting in an open area where a tooth was extracted) the pain you feel is distal from the site that is causing the pain.
I'd suggest a PAP and if that's not right then possibly intestinal.

Lower right abdominal pain is a symptom of appendicitis; or with your other symptoms, It could also be an ectopic pregnancy, but there's no way to know without be examined by a doctor. You need to go to an ER because both of these have serious complications if you wait too long.

Get to an emergency room. This could be a bad kidney infection or yes it can be
ovarian cysts both of which I've had this will get worse if untreated, so go now sounds like you'll wind up there anyway. P.S I'm not a doctor but experinced both. Like you waited to long and emergency room is where I wound up and hosiptal. Take care of yourself. Insurance or not.

It could still be your appendix but it can be many other serious things. Don't let this progress any further without medical intervention. It's time for you to go to the ER. I'll pray for you. Take care.

Go to the emergency room and get it checked out now. If it is your appendix and burst you are going to be in serious trouble. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

If you have had sugery to you adbomen I would say you might have adhesions. THIS IS WHERE YOUR INTRESTINES STICK TO EACH OTHER.
Failing that I would be very concerned about a pain as severe as yours. Go to the doctor and get an assement. IT COULD BE your ovariy is infected also.
PLEASE SEEK medical attention
