Take a break from them both. Just take some deep breaths and realize that perhaps they were not the kind of people you thought they were. There is a reason for everything and good you found out now rather than after you were married or something. But it is difficult so pamper yourself and do something different...a trip maybe? You will be fine and you deserve better.

Dump your boyfriend and the girlfriend. Life is too short to live in a situation like this and no matter how much it hurts, move on! It is time for a new start for you. Hope things start looking up real soon!

I am confused. You have both a boyfriend and a girlfriend?
However, what you do sort of depends on them. Forgive them if:
1. they are really sorry for what they did;
2. they intend to restore their relationship with you; and,
3. they are not going to do this again.
Otherwise, shake the dust off your sandals.

I don't know why you would have a boyfriend anyway (unless you mean a boy as a friend has cheated on you girl that you were dating. In that case, don't talk to them. Forgive them, but don't talk to them. They obviously aren' t you're friends).

if they had sex behind your back - you do what feels right to you, but I know Id never have anything to do with either of them again. That kind of thing is unforgivable in my book.
