Olives in general are considered a "fat", which should be limited. Stuffed olives have been cured in a salty brine that adds flavor and color. Eating too many will make you retain water, which can be bad for your blood pressure and overall heart functioning. If you are craving salt, perhaps you should talk to your doctor to see if you have a vitamin deficiency, otherwise, go easy on those olives. And, by the way, have you tried the jalapeno stuffed ones? Or the blue cheese stuffed ones? Outstanding!
