Yummy! Use with your favorite dip or eat as is, either way, they are great!

12 pita pocket bread
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cut each Pita bread into 8 triangles and place on lined baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
4. Brush each triangle with oil mixture.
5. Bake for about 7 minutes or until light brown and crispy.
6. Watch carefully, they burn easily.

Get some pitas and split them first (they're harder to split after).
Coat with melted butter (and any seasoning or garlic you might want), or cheap it out and spray with Pam.
Cook in an oven at 350 or so for a few minutes until it's as dry as you want it.

i just cut them in quarters and seperate, spray with cooking spray, put in oven and take out as soon as they turn golden.
