dont count calories burned since they are not precise
if you want to lose weight you have to do cardio 4-6times a week for 30-50min and light weight training

that going to be 150 kilo.cal *1000= 150000 i think but it seems like to much to burn how long have you been on the bike

150 "dietitian's calories" or, just 150 normal calories. The actual normal calorie is very, very small compared to a food calorie.
