Nah. I just don't think their lyrics are exactly inspiring, encouraging, or uplifting, so I don't listen to them anymore.
Although, I've gotta say, a few years ago (back in 2001), I had the privilege of seeing Slayer and Pantera in concert. Slayer put on an AWESOME show, and they are VERY talented musically.

No, I don't think Slayer are Satanic. There music certainly questions societal norms and "Christian" ideas about morality, but no I don't believe that they are Satanists.
Most metal bands aren't at all. They like to give the impression they are because it sells, but most probably don't even know what actual Satanism is.
The only "metal-type" person that is an actual Satanist is Marilyn Manson, who was made a priest of the Church of Satan, but who knows if he takes that seriously at all.

There might be quite a few who believe that Heavy Metal music in general is Satanic. But then again these would be the same people who think the same thing about Hip-Hop and R&B music. Not all Christians think like that however. But there are some who do.

It would be intelligent to explain who Slayer is. Somethings tells me an artifact of the mass media currently idolized by millions. A tv star? rockstar? Beat poet? Libertarian politician? Frankly it sounds like a good nickname for a junior-high bully..."Slayer"...hmm. Or maybe a half-wolf junkyard guarddog...

I've never heard of "Slayer."
Edit: Ok, so apparently Slayer is a band. Hmmm, well, I've never heard any of their stuff, so I can't really say then, can I?
But if they are pretty hard core, then I probably wouldn't be a fan, to be quite honest.

i enjoy their music, i have never heard they were satanic. very talented at what they do.
