Unfortunately, there is no such thing as an off-the-shelf 'brain food'.. you need a balanced diet and an awareness of what to eat when.

They are tooting blueberries as being the new "brain food". Fish has always been thought to be good for the brain.

There's no such thing. Your brain uses basic sugars and carbs in the bloodstream to nourish the cells, just like your knees do, your muscles do, your hair follicles do.

Eat a basic, healthy, balanced diet, and you'll do fine.
