I'm an average-weight 18 year old girl. I do have a bit of a pudge, but nothing a t-shirt won't cover. But lately, I've been straying away from those cute shirts because it is getting a little worse. I have started walking everyday (I'm only on day 2, but I'm gonna keep it up!) and I have a new rule about not eating after 8. I want to have a great body again. I want just a little muscle. Any tips? I don't want anything too drastic, because, like I said, I am thin, I'm just out of shape. I'm not aiming to lose any weight, just tone up what I have. I can read the books, but I would rather go by yall's personal experience, if you don't mind. :) Thanks!!
