Yes, muscle mass needs protein (amino acids) to form. Eggs, meat, dairy products, fish, beans & rice.

It helps, but you have to work out. For serious weight training and muscle building you should get a gram of protein for every lb of body mass ie; if you weigh 150 lbs get 150 grams of protein. Meat, eggs, milk have decent amounts of protein but if you don't eat a ton of meat then i recomend Optimum 100% Whey protein, it has about 23 grams of protein per 120 calorie serving. Don't get Vanilla its kinda gross and the Milk Chocolate flavor is not bad at all.

It will if you do weight bearing exercises with it. Just eating something or taking supplements alone without exercise will not help much.

protein help muscle to repair and also it makes you feel full longer and you will have less cravings
good sources - lean meat, dairy, egg whites, beans, soy produkts, nuts.

yes it is. you can try by consumin the white part of the egg (means no yolk!), but of corz the raw one. but if do, you must drink lotsa lotsa water.
