where are you seeing fat? your waist? most of us tend to slump a little when sitting, try sitting up straight, with your back up against the back of the chair, your shoulders back,,,, you most likely wont see stomach fat all smunched up

Sounds like you're a thin person. You don't have anything to worry about, it sounds like its not fat at all. It sounds to me like your skin, like everyone elses, just gets a little squished when you sit. :) It has to go some place. If its not there when you stand up, its not fat, just skin.

First of all, where do you see the fat? It might be if you stand up, gravity pulls the fat down making it less noticiable.

when you sit down the middle part of your body is pushed forward ,making it look like there is fat there when there really isnt

When we stand, everything tightens up.
Do weightlifting. Then everything will be tighter even when you sit.
