If you don't want to build any muscle then your going to have jiggly fat arms regardless. I suggest that you do high reps and low weight with dumbells to build lean muscle which looks good, and as to getting rid of the fat, unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reducing, so to lose that fat, you are going to have to exercise. It doesn't have to be running either, you can just do things that you enjoy as long as you are up and moving around. Also for your thighs and calves I would also suggest high reps with low weight. Just go to a gym and ask a fitness trainer about exercises.

Hi, I used to have big upper arms and the yucky jiggly fat, too. LOL I was able to tone them with low weights (dumbbells) with tons of reps (like 100s). I worked out everyday for the past 2 years. It took time, so be patient. Walk a lot. If you can run, then run. Cardios will burn off the fat. The dumbbells will firm up your arms. Also when you watch TV, you can do this: put your arms back with palms on the floor, and lift your butt up and move your body up and down using your arms. Don't let your butt touch the floor. I do 20 reps of this, and rest. Then repeat. Worked great for me. Good luck.

Using light weights will help with this. Maybe just a few pounds. I understand you're not looking to build muscle and make them bigger, but it can firm up the arms. The tricep is the area I think you are talking about. Tricep kickbacks and tricep extensions can help. Here are some links. The last link shows some nice pictures of how to do a kickback (obviously you don't want to look like those guys! yikes!). Check out the info on the other links and then figure out which exercises you want to do. Good luck!

To tighten up your arms, pick up something heavy and HOLD it for 60 seconds. Bent over a bit, arms bent a bit. Makes the muscles hold the weight, not the bones. Do this exercise every other day. Every 2-3 days is better.
While holding the weight, keep your back slightly bent and keep your knees bent a bit. This will ALSO tighten up the rest of your body.
Put a clock on the floor with a sweeping second hand to keep track of 1 minute.
Once a week, increase the weight by 1 pound.

Weights really do help. You won't build muscle unless you lift weights for a long time and work up to really heavy weights. I've lifted weights for a couple of years, now, to help with my arms and legs. Don't try a lot of weight - a little goes a long way! Instead of a lot of weight - do more repetitions. Jumping jacks and swimming motions do also help. Weights give a little faster results. Good luck!

you should lift weights. Some people think weights build muscle as soon as you start using them but they don't. Weights first get rid of your fat them start building muscle. So if you want to get rid of the jaggedness under you arms just lift weights until your fat is gone.

Make swimming motions with your arms when you are sitting at the computer. Do some jumping jacks, and make sure you use a skin firming lotion on your upper arms.

Well... you didn't say you are fat, so for your arms and legs do some weight lifting, swimming, basketball, soccer, thread mill. For more info, why don't you ask gym trainers? they may have some ideas to make your arm and legs firmer without making your arm and legs like The Hulk.

You can not spot loose weight. Your body doesn't actually shed weight..Your fat sells shrink and inflate. When you body looses weight you shrink ALL fat cells in your body at once. If you want to fill in the space then you turn to toning. So if you want to reduce the Wave you need to reduce your weight as well
