You are niether mad nor insane. You need to find a constructive way to let out your anger. With me, I put the music on and turn it up really loud singing and moving along with it. It helps release all the tension I feel. That may work for you or maybe something else. What ever it takes you need to find a way to let loose, and soon, before your 'glass' breaks. Hurting someone else isn't the answer, I hope you realize this. I would hate anything to happen to you, although I don't have a clue who you are, I do care. I like the way you stated that you would report any 'no' answer. It show's that you are assertive. So, do me a favor, assert yourself towards some kind of constructive release, PLEASE!!! For your own good. I'm wishing you lot's of luck. If you want to chat, e - mail me. :)

If you don't want a no answer... then dont ask the question.
otherwise this is just a post meant to express something and is therefore not a question and YOU should be reported...
But anyway...
My answer is no. (like it or not) Not anymore anyway.... I was a rageholic for many years due to this exact same thing. Years ago, I wouldn't have waited around for a fight to start... I used to start them.
I suggest you change your ways early... It wasn't a very good process for me to work through to heal... It was a long hard road. It was having my first child that ended it...
You can't be an angry bugger when you have children... I don't think that anything else would have done it for me but them... They saved my life, in my trying to spare them of the life I grew up with!
anyway... rid yoursel of that mess as soon as you can... It's not good for you.

many times bottling up feelings is the worst thing you can do, then you are just a time bomb waiting to explode! There are times when it is good to keep your mouth shut and just go with it, but if someone is treating you bad or gettingin your face, you need to say something.
I feel bad for you cuz 9th grade is a sucky year. I have felt that way too, where i just want someone to give me crap so I can go off on them......it is unhealthy though. I know you don't want ot talk so I suggest blogging or writing in a journal. The good thing is you can put whatever you want down on paper.....just get everything out and then shred or tear up the paper. Its like letting go of everything!

i have been bottling up my angry feelings ever since i was in jr high. cuz my family and relatives always acted like i was a horrible monster if i let out my feelings of being hurt, angry, etc. when the people around u act like u don't have a right 2 be angry or express your feelings, u start gettin' in the habit of holding everything in and it makes u want 2 just explode at the world. now i feel mad and depressed mostly all the time. when iam out somewhere and somebody just looks at me strange, i just go off , like "what the hell r u lookin at" and if they keep staring i get in a fight. i really think if i wasn't made 2 be scared to express my anger by my parents and other relatives, i wouldn't be like this today. feeling mad all the time is really making me HATE my LIFE. i just keep smoking tons of cigaretts as a way 2 cope with stress. from experience, i think it's wrong for parents 2 punish their kids just for expressing their feelings. cuz the bottled up anger just stays with u all your life till u have a nervous breakdown or just explode.
