Im 5'2 ....200lbs...i wanna lose weight by may 15th..i am doing a low to no carb diet, how much weight is it posible for me to lose, i am gonna work out 5-6 times a week and eat heatlth..please let me know...

its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week, dont even try to lose more.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Since youre heavier it will come off faster. Just always keep moving. When youre sitting at your computer move, wave your arms, move your feet, it all burns cals! I'd say you can be down 20-30 pounds by then safely. As long as you stick to it. I'm 5'2 as well. I was at 175 when I was in 10th grade, now I'm at 120 wanting to get down to 106 and let me tell you coming from 175 to 120 was EASIER than losing the last 10 or 15 pounds, good luck you can do it!

To add to s1's excellent answer: there are 6.5 weeks until May 15, so you're looking at up to 13 lbs of weight loss if you stay faithful to your regimen. That can be quite noticeable, and have dramatic benefits for your health.

you do realize that the no carb "Atkins" guy or who ever died of a heart attack because of his diet, right?
