Cave paintings?
The Israelites and their neighbors weren't the only people on the Earth, I agree with that. The Bible does talk about the spread of mankind at the Tower of Babel. Some spread farther that others, obviously.
Dinosaurs?
The Bible doesn't outline every single animal ever created. I think it's quite likely that they existed. I don't dispute that.
Archaelogical settlements?
The Bible is an account of the nation of Israel, not the entire geographical world. God focused on the Israelites, and their part of the world, because they were His chosen people, not the ONLY people!

How do atheist explain the "prehistorical" cave paintings that show man and dinosaurs together. Pottery also.
These paintings exist after dinosaurs went extinct and before the fossils were found. How could they know what dinosaurs looked like for those paintings?
The canopy theory explains many unanswered questions from the evolution theory. Which is a theory and not a law.

Easy on the paintings..they just figure it was done a few thousand years ago. On the fossils, even from humanoid-like beings, they point to the few times that were pranks or fakes, and act as if that ends that argument, instead of explaining the ones that are commonly accepted by most scientists.

The term 'dinosaur' was coined within the last 200 years. The Bible refers to to them also (Job and Proverbs, and possibly Psalms (my memory?). So why would they conflict with the Bible?

Most Christians explain them the same way any other educated people explain them. Only a minority of Christians consider their personal interpretations of the Bible infallible, even when they directly conflict with reality.

Some of them will tell you that God put all that stuff there to test their faith. Others will tell you dinosaurs walked alongside men and lived during the time of moses. And the paintings in the caves, many will allege, aren't really that old. You can't argue with those whose minds are made up, unfortunately. But good luck. :)

dinosaurs existed..people drew pics of them....some of them were drowned in the flood of Noah's day. Others live in the sea, elephants and crocodiles, and aligators, and large snakes and other large animals still remain. The fossils remain as proof.

I wasn't there but I tend to believe that cavemen put the drawings there..and dinosaurs are the reason that there are fossils. How about that?!

I don't know if you've gone to church or not but one Sunday I decided to go to church for mass (which is weird because I am an atheist and don't go to church) well guess what, Christians don't even talk about that because they don't have an explanation. When I was younger and being forced to go to Sunday school at church they would shut me up every time I asked your question because they don't want people to know the truth and because they don't want people to know that all that religious stuff is a lie.

How do you prove that they are pre historical? That is just one of the beliefs of evolution, but as far as Christians are concerned history started with Adam and Eve and in the pre history period there was nothing but God.
