If you don't believe ..You will stand before God and he will show every sin you did in your life time and you will have to answer to him for it .You will be found guilty ..and then he will say " Depart form me worker of iniquity , I never knew you ". For the believers we will have to stand before God and he will judge us on what we did for him ...witnessing , tithing , doing his work , and reward those who did . He will take away rewards for those who just only believed and sat on their thumbs .

There are actually seven judgments listed in the Bible. Christians are judged that the judgment seat of Christ which is not a judgment for sin but a judgment for rewards. Non believers are judged at the great white thrown judgment which is a judgment for sin. There is also a judgment of Satan, a judgment of the nation's, and a couple more. The great white thrown judgment appears to be very much like a courtroom drama.

God gave mankind Free Will

Yep, it will be like a courtroom drama only God knows everything, even what a person was thinking when they did something..

Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. 13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done. 14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. 15 And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

Revelation 20:12-15
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God, and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire, This is the second death. AND WHOSOEVER WAS NOT FOUND WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE WAS CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.

Yes, it would be like a court, only there is no chance for unfair or unjust judgement, every1 of us will be called to stand infront of God, and the book that contains his deeds, good and bad, will be read to him, witnesses will be called upon, even one's own hands will witness against him, then a judgement will be sentenced, wether to heaven or to hell.

But again, even if one's bad deeds outweights his good ones, there is always a chance for forgiveness, based on one's heart!

We will be judged individually by what's in our hearts. Only He can judge, which is why I don't get all these people telling other people they're going to hell. Guess they don't understand who the judge is, huh?

God WILL not judge mankind.
He is doing it now.
He is sending His representatives from door to door and based on the reaction of people ....He decides.
Have you ever read Matthew 25:40
"To the extent that YOU did it to one of the least of these my brothers, YOU did it to me.’
