Crib and Toddler bed combo?

I am currently pregnant with my second child. My daughter will be two when the baby arrives and bedroom is very small. Has anyone heard of a crib with either a trundle bed attached or bunk bed combo?

Sorry, I've never seen or heard of such a thing. But, you could use a playpen for the baby instead of a crib, same height safety rails, but smaller than a crib.
