I walked on the treadmill for 5 mins to warm up at 3.0, then I started running at 5.3 speed for 30 mins straight. 10 mins cool down walking at 3.0 speed and then 20 mins running at 5.0. Did I burn a lot, cus when I do the elliptical (for like 30 mins) I sweat a lot but on the treadmill I I dont sweat as much, however I do feel a lot more tired

dont count calories count time you did cardio.
for weight loss you have to do cardio 4-6times a week for 30-50min and make sure you sweat.
