No versions of Windows come with Microsoft Office, however, you can just use the free OpenOffice instead. It's nearly indistinguishable from Microsoft Office and is compatible with it. It has it's own presentation program just like PowerPoint.

Vista doesnt but office 2007 home and student does have it. That costs $150 and is very nice, i like it very much.

Windows itself does not, but it is part of Office 2007. Sold separately
