You'd be suprised where some of it comes from.

I know one brand that is simply the tap water in the city where it is bottled. Of course they put some extra filtering on it, and the tap water in that city is pretty darn good to begin with.

If the water says it is from some underground spring or well, mentioned by name, then that's where it is from. Otherwise it is probably filtered city water poured into bottles at the factory in that city.

Bottled water comes from many different places. If you have just "purified" drinking water, then it more then likely comes straight from a tap and they purify it and add some minerals to increase the taste of the water. Dasani (Coca Cola) water is the most purified water on the planet. They filter there water so many different ways. I don't know all the ways, but I do know they use "Ozone" and "Carbon Filters". There is spring water that comes from the mountains of North Carolina in the United States to Artisian Wells in Honolulu, Hawaii. There is water (bottled) that comes from the ice of Glaciers and water that comes from The Great Oceans of the world. Just about anywhere there is a water supply, there is manufacturers of bottle water. Here is a link to specify more information for you. Hope I helped and have a great day.

It can be from anywhere. Well ...some bottled water can't be reliable. Who knows what they do to that water. Better filter and make a water yourself at home. You can bought ozone filtered and it really good for your health. Even the taste is different . I don't like the taste of bottled water.
