get a male buddy to pretend he's your boyfriend... that might do the trick...
If that doesn't work... tell him your pregnant, HIV positive and growing stuff down there...

Tell him NO means NO and tell him to go and buy the cd that says: What Part Of No Don't You Understand by Lorrie Morgan or better yet, buy it for him. Better yet, report him for harrassing you. You warned him plenty of times. I wouldn't call him names just report him to the dean of students. And then avoid him at all costs and do not talk to him or give him the time of day.
Here is a copy of the lyrics to her song:
Sir, if you don't mind, I'd rather be alone
From the moment I walked in tonight you've been coming on
If I've told you once, I've told you twice, I'm just here to unwind
I'm not interested in romance or what you have in mind.
Chorus:
What part of no don't you understand?
To put it plain and simple I'm not into one-night stands
I'll be glad to explain it if it's too hard to comprehend
What part of no don't you understand?
--- Instrumental ---
I appreciate the drink nd the rose was nice of you
I don't mean to be so mean, I don't think I'm gettin' through
No, I don't need no company and I don't wanna dance
So, what part of no don't you understand?
Chorus:
What part of no don't you understand?
To put it plain and simple I'm not into one-night stands
I'll be glad to explain it if it's too hard to comprehend
What part of no don't you understand?
I'll be glad to explain it if it's too hard to comprehend
What part of no don't you understand?
What part of no don't you understand?...

i had the same problem for awhile, so heres what you do the next time he asks u out, get this really emptyheaded look on your face and tilt ur head to the side and say in a really stupid voice "oh im sorry, do i know you?"and just sorta stare at him for awhile with your eyes open really wide and blink really fast like a retard ooooooooo and next time you see him coming, develop a sudden case of stupid laughs for no apparent reason he'll think ur an idiot. its not very flattering, but it worked for me. it also depends on the guy

sometimes guys are really persistent---it works in a lot of ways but in this kind of situation it's not always fun. Tell him, seriously and precisely, why you don't like him. Avoid one-liners, these won't work becasue he won't think you're serious. Make sure you're looking at him when you tell him why you don't like him. Don't be mean ( no name calling), just be frank about it and tell him how it bugs you to keep being asked.

I say give him one chance. I know you don't like him, but giving him a chance might end up differently then you expect. If you give him a chance and you still don't like him. Sit him down, one on one and talk to him. Say I know you like me but right now I am not interested in you. apologize and don't make him feel stupid. Tell him truthfully how you feel. If he doesn't stop, tell a teacher or an adult about it and have them keep an eye on him.
Good luck!

Sorry about this guy who keeps asking you out. That's bad. There was this guy who kept annoying me and I kept telling him to go away, but he wouldn't. What I did was, I kept on ignoring him. I think you should act as if he is not there and he does not bug you by annoying him. Then he'll see you're not irritated and slowly stop asking you out. Best of luck!

I think you should show a little class, and say "I am so flattered by your attention, but I see you only as a friend, so you might want to focus your attention on someone that will respond to you positively." Offer to help him get a date with someone else - everyone can use more friends.

he's either doing that because he hates you so much and asking you out would be the most annoying thing he could think of or maybe he really likes you and wants you to give him a chance. if he's the deep soul kind of person i suggest the 2nd. but it's your choice

even though you don't like him you might not know him all that well. you could go out with him and get to know him a little better. if you don't like him after you have benn dating him then dump him and he might not ask you out anymore. you have to give him a chance.
Or (different person talking) you could get a guy friend to beat the living daylights out of the kid.
