HP R827 or Fuji Finepix Z3 or Olympus FE-230?

Hi there!
I need a camera to take photos, but it would also be nice to take some good video with. I've been considering three different cameras, HP R827 or Fuji Finepix Z3 or Olympus FE-230.

I don't know if it makes that much of a difference whether i have a 7,2 mpixels or 5mpixels resolution.
Also if i like the best video, is 24Fps really far from 30Fps, is it very notable in the video quality whether you have 24fps or 30fps?
How good is the quality on the video of these cameras? I'd really love to see an example of the quality, if any of you have exampels.
I will probably take the majority of pictures indoors, i've read that ISO is important when it comes to getting good pictures in low-light conditions, if this is so maybe i should get the Fuji Z3.

Let's say that all of them have the same price, which one should i buy? Please help me!

1) No - there is no difference between 7.2 MP and 5. Unless you need to regularly make enlargements bigger than 8 x 10 inches, even 5 MP is more than you need. What is the resolution of your monitor? 1024 x 768? That's about 1 MP. Do you need to make pictures that take up 5 monitor screens?

2) You likely won't see any difference at 30 FPS. The human brain can't distinguish much past 24 FPS.

3) ISO is an important feature. I would choose the camera with a better ISO over more megapixels or video.

i think u buy the fuji z3 is better:
* iso is up to 1600 even in dark place also get nice picture
*z3 have 1 special function that take two pics (one without flash and another one with flash) in single release of shutter . so, u won't worry when need flash or not! and u always get nice pics
u also can consider about z5 same series with z3 but not much different between each other only z5 have face detection function !

The Fuji F20 is "Awesome" 6mp $150, great video too.
