Por favor limpia el ventilador de mi dormitorio..

"enjuagar" means to soak in water, I don't think you want to say that about an electrical appliance. "Mi habitación" or "mi dormitorio" or "mi cuarto" are fine for saying my bedroom.

I have usually heard "ventilador" for an electric fan. "Abanico" is used more for a "manual" fan, but some people use it for an electric one as well.

¿Puedes limpiar el ventilador de mi dormitorio?

habitación applies to a room in the house.
bedroom = dormitorio

You sell a house with three rooms.
Tú vendes una casa con tres habitaciones.

How nice it seems we got a couple of Trolls playing around with the thumbs down. Poor things.
