Well, please allow me to tell you the truth of the matter........ As true and faithful servants of God, we are commanded by our Father in heaven to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world, to bring as much of humanity into the Family and the Kingdom of God as possible. The people that you describe are NOT True Christians (born of the Holy Spirit, who live by the word the will and the ways of God) who do these things to other people. There are many who claim to be Christians but do not do the things the Father asks of them. They practice false doctrines from a watered down type of "Christianity", and beliefs from a false church who profess to know the ways of Christ but always take the path of Lawlessness that are filled with heresies and abominations against God. We, who are "God's True Church" follow the exact teachings of Jesus Christ and would never harm or commit evil acts of violence against other humans. Satan is a master counterfeiter and the father of lies. He mimics the truth of God with the manipulation of false prophets who come in the name of Jesus preaching a false doctrine. They come as wolves in sheep's clothing in false churches.......... Satan confuses the minds of those who still live in the "world" who have not come to their full repentance of their sins by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior into their lives. These people you speak of are not true Christians just because they profess to be. They have no clue who they are much less what faith are.

"arabs got a bad rap, but they only got vocal after it got real bad."

I don't see what Arabs have to do with anything.

"christians bellow if we dont want our children to be taugh rubbish!!":

I thought you were supposed to be tolerant? After all,we get raked over the coals if we say anything nasty, and there you going doing it...oh well. But in any case,I have no idea what you mean.Christians bellowing? Teaching rubbish? Last time I checked, school was still school-nobody was teaching the kids the Lord's Prayer or making them act out Bible characters.

"it would seem that christianity is actually just making its members crazy"

Really?

"that think its okay to torment women in the hieght of emotion as they enter and exist abortion clinics.."

I find your statement unbelievable. The vast majority of pro-lifeers,if they are outside abortion clinics, are just protesting. They might trty anc counsel women out of killing their own babye.I hardlky see that as meglomaniacal or tormenting them.

".it makes its membersbeat on gays, both verbally and physically"

Really? You think it's a common occurence and that every Christian is waiting outside a gay persons home with a lead pipe, ready to attack? And funny how it's never mentioned that Christians are getting killed for their faith-125,000 each year.

"for centuries the religion burned people it didnt get along with,"

Join the club-Protestants have had their fair share of burning at the hands of Roman Catholics as well.Of course,it was not nearly as wide spread as you are making put,but we'll save that for another time.

",and now it doesnt even resemble any kind of teachings jesus taught."

If you go by what the media portrays Christians as,you will have a very biased view.

"ts almost a genetic thing,"

No,it's a religion.

"hank goodness in 2 or three generations there will more than likely not be any christians"

Oh? So all 2.1 billion Christians are going to die out in2 generations? I think not.

"not be any christians as children stop blindly following their parents....."

Oh,I knew it-the customary 'Christians are brainwashed fools who can't think and don't have a brain'.Seriously,it's becoming a refrain on R&S now.It's water off a duck's back.Of course,you are wrong,but we'll leave that.

"seriously, christianity has played a big enough part in our lives, should it be seen and not heard now?"

Hmm,well,if Christianity has to be seen and not heard:
Atheism must be seen and not heard
Islam must be seen and not heard
Hinduism must be seen and not heard
Buddhism must be seen and not heard

After all,it's only fair.

As human beings you betcha! As anything else no, sorry that is not going to happen nor should you even hope for such a thing.

You are partly right. Christianity is not to be a "tolerant" religion. Never once did God or Jesus ever act tolerant. They say go and sin no more. We should be a religion of grace and forgiveness you might even say tolerant, but not in the way I believe you mean.

Other beliefs, no matter how benign are wrong. Sin no matter the type cannot be considered normal or even acceptable. It should not be limited to Homosexuals or abortionists, but to every sin listed in the Bible.

You speak in great generalities and blame all of religion. Then you ignorantly state that Christianity should be seen and not heard. You also believe that it will fade away. I can see you have little knowledge of the world and the way things work.

Just as the poor will always be with us. Deviant lifestyles will be considered normal and all manner of dark things will be done in the light with a crowd applauding so too will Christianity remain. It may go to ground in hiding when people as intolerant as you try to kill us for being what we are, but there will always be a remnant. Same for the Jews and Muslims. God has given his word and it will not be revoked by some person that thinks they know more than God himself.

I will say that we should be more consistent in our lifestyles too many Christians walk is shallow and as Paul said "desire milk." I believe if we did a better job within our "Churches" and with brothers and sisters of different denominations you would have less to rant about.

Furthermore, no Christian should torment a woman about to murder their child. They should be out there trying to get to the woman and counsel her and offer her help and support and let her know she is not alone and she can raise that child with help.

I also do not condone gay bashing physically or verbally. If you consider telling them they are sexual deviants and perverse as bashing I stand corrected.

First of all, we have a different definition of the term "Christian". To me, it means "follower of Jesus Christ".
That would mean someone that is actually doing his/her best to live by Christ's (notice, not "Christian" necessarily) teachings. Christ Himself tells you that not everyone who calls Him "Lord Lord" will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, so, evidently, not all people who call themselves "Christians" will enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
I agree with you that children should not blindly follow the teachings of their parents. If they want to know about Jesus, they should go to the Source...that would be, Jesus, Himself.
The examples you gave: NO, it is not OK to torment women going in and out of abortion clinics. But it IS OK to try to let them know before they have an abortion that they will likely suffer for it, later. NO, I'm not talking about "hell"...I'm talking about waking up at two A.M. hearing a baby crying, or going into deep depression on the baby's projected birth date. That stuff DOES happen, alot more often than we are told. I know, because I used to work in an abortion alternative clinic, and one thing we did was to offer professional counseling to such women, by real psychologists. We also had a real lawyer who helped arrange adoptions for mothers who chose that option.
Nobody should beat on gays, either physically or emotionally. But gay people do deserve to know, just as any sinner deserves to know, that continuing in sinful behavior does have consequences.
As for the people who got burned, most of those were done by "Christians" to other "Christians" they didn't agree with, although it's true, not all of them.
Christianity is not about fear and hate. It is about confidence and love. Anyone who teaches fear and hate is not teaching what Christ teaches.
Anybody who thinks that they are somehow better than someone else, because they "know Jesus" and the other person doesn't....doensn't know Jesus at all.
Yes, you're right...according to our own prophecy, "the beast" will have his day to "war against the saints", and "overcome them"...but don't get too excited. The saints make a huge come-back and there is a happily ever after ending.
Well, at least for the saints, anyhow.

Wait, you are blaiming an entire religion based on the people who CLAIMED to be members of did? If they aren't doing what the bible told them to do, they aren't members of the religion, sorry to point that out to you, but it's true. Sure, they slip up now and then, but anyone who claims it and then does things totally against it on purpose doesn't belong to it. Where in the NT does the bible teach to burn people, to torment women, etc? Oh wait, you are just making more accusations based on what people who CLAIM to be christians are doing. Do you base all muslims on what those suicide bombers are doing too? Are they ALL because a few evil/wicked people are slaughtering others? Why do you classify christians that way then?

I agree, thank goodness christians will be gone...because the tribulation is about to begin and we wont have to go through that. News flash for you. The generation who saw Israel become a nation wont perish before the coming of the Lord. When that whole thing begins, so many people will become christians (and be accepted by the Lord too!) that they couldn't be counted.

It HAS played a big part in our lives, and it's about to play an even bigger part. I would beg you to repent that you would be spared, but you wouldn't listen, you are too hard of heart to listen, as are many people on here. When the events begin though, you will all remember the words of those who tried to reach out to you, but know this...it's not too late. You are not forgotten, you still have time, but do not delay. There will be no escape from the events you will be going through, you missed it because you didnt hear, but you can still be accepted by the Lord. You will face all the trials we faced, but for you they will come in one large dose, where for us it was spread out over our lives. To those that believer in that time, I say God bless, and good luck.

OKAY ! First, your spelling and verbalization are atrocious ! The verbalization could be written off or excused due to poor attention during education. The spelling? Come on, man! There is spell check !

Let me say this to you : Only in a world this perverted could you call all of those things that you mentioned Christian practices. You see, there are Christians, and there are others that try to cloak themselves as Christians. You obviously have met with more of the latter ones.

Only when you encounter people that allow Jesus Christ to live through them, and love as He loved, and conduct themselves according to all that He said to do, have you met a true follower of Christ and Christianity. All the rest? Cloaked. Unrighteous people living in denial, even to themselves. They are deceived unto damnation.

Actually, people of all different religions persecuting each other is a time-honored tradition. It just so happens that you feel persecuted at the hands of Christians.

And sure, much of what passes as Christianity is wacky and abusive, but I sense from your diatribe that you are someone who thrives on being persecuted. It lends purpose to your life and if Christianity were to disappear you would simply find another persecutor.

You are your own jailer. Set yourself free if you wish...

So you don't like Christians... or do you? I don't Know But Jesus told us to love our neighbors as ourselves, not to Judge. Sorry! we try but we are human just like you.
If you had a friend who you knew was going to drive off a cliff and die wouldn't you try to stop him.
That's we Christians are always spreading the word.
If there aren't any Christians it will mean that Jesus came back to get us You will want to read Revelations at that time.

That is really sad you say that about Christianity. Everyone talks of Christians being so intolerant, but you want Christianity gone for good? Funny you don't say that about Buddhists, Muslims, Pagans, Scientoligists, Mormons, JWs, Catholics, Satanists, you get the picture.
But Christians, huh? Really?

well while it is cute that you think Christianity will go away. it will not happen. and this you will never mute us or get rid of us. Christianity is not the thing causing problems. Le lack of God in peoples life is the problem. we may be known as haters because we know that Abortion is murder and that homosexuality is an abomination but we are not killing the offenders so grow up.
