The thing for you to do is as I did when I chose my path. Read about the religions, visit their places of worship (if they have them). Do not let anyone tell you that theirs is the only right way, that leads for fundamentalism and can make you close minded. Ask question and never believe anyone who can do no more than quote from a book. Trust your instincts. I did not choose Wicca tho my beliefs parallel, I am a Hedge Witch, a solitary practitioner. I also follow the path of Buddhism. I believe that the earth is a living thing and deserves respect. Most religions are in it for the "glory" or money (if they become televangelists) and could care less about saving the planet. Take your time and do some research, your path will find you.

What do you want to convert to? Many faiths have many processes.
Have you studied this faith? Are you drawn to it? If you are converting as a fad or for a someone you like, I'd think twice.
Post a new question about the specific faith you wish to convert to. You'll get better responses that way.

most christian denominations only require you accept jesus as your personal lord and savior. for the roman catholic church you would be required to take some classes so you can begin to participate in the sacraments. i personally recommend the roman catholic church. i am not sure why you want to leave the wiccans, i am glad however you want to. for catholicism i suggest you try going to see the local parish priest together and adress whatever concerns you have and your reasons for wanting to convert. you say you are both young,i will offer these sites for you to read through aswell, hopefully they aren't to awkward or hard to go through

hope these help and good luck with your conversion whatever your choice.

The best way I can help u is close your eyes, go to your knees and ask God(just God) if he exists. HE will point u the right way himself, But give it time he will answer u. He might answer u right away. U will find there is no more religion, but the way. Email me and tell me what u found by seeking his face. For there is only 1 God and he is alive. The rest r statues they have no voice.

Renounce your faith in the pagan religion that you have been following, and pray the sinner's prayer. Repeat as follows :Dear God, I am a sinner, and I need forgiveness. I truly believe in my heart that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood for me, and died for my sins. I want to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and into my life as my Lord and personal Savior. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen.
You have just begun a wonderful new life with Jesus. Now read your Bible every day to get to know Jesus Christ better. Talk to God in prayer every day. This is how we fellowship with God, and with Jesus. Be baptised, worship, fellowship, and serve God with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and the Bible is the final authority. And tell others about Jesus. May God bless you, and the peace and love of Christ be with you.

It would depend on what religion you want to convert to. You would want to ask yourself seriously if you want to do this. Then go to that religion's place (ie: Pastor, Rev., leader whatever) and ask them how to convert.
If you are wanting to turn to a religion in which you believe in Jesus / God maybe this will help. I found it online at Harvest.org.
How to Know God
1. Realize that you are a sinner.
No matter how good a life we try to live, we still fall miserably short of being a good person. That is because we are all sinners. We all fall short of God’s desire for us to be holy. The Bible says, “No one is good—not even one” (Romans 3:10 NLT). This is because we cannot become who we are supposed to be without Jesus Christ.
2. Recognize that Jesus Christ died on the cross for you.
The Bible tells us, “But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while were still sinners” (Romans 5:8 NLT). This is the Good News, that God loves us so much that He sent His only Son to die in our place when we least deserved it.
3. Repent of your sin.
The Bible tells us to “repent and be converted” (Acts 3:19 NKJV). The word repent means to change our direction in life. Instead of running from God, we can run toward Him.
4. Receive Jesus Christ into your life.
Becoming a Christian is not merely believing some creed or going to church on Sunday. It is having Christ Himself take residence in your life and heart. Jesus said, “Behold, I stand at the door (of your life) and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in . . . .” (Revelation 3:20 NKJV).
If you would like to have a relationship with Christ, simply pray this prayer and mean it in your heart.
Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I believe you died for my sins. Right now, I turn from my sins and open the door of my heart and life. I confess you as my personal Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me. Amen.
If you just prayed that prayer and meant it, Jesus Christ has now taken residence in your heart! Your decision to follow Christ means God has forgiven you and that you will spend eternity in heaven. The Bible tells us, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9 NKJV).

Uh, [No offense] thats kinda a stupid question.
Study REALLY hard on the religion that you want to convert to. maybe try to find a group of people that are of that religion to teach you the basics.
then preform some kind of Dedication retual to make it final.
But thats just what i did.

John 3:16 (New International Version)
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
If you say, I believe that Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven, but don’t know what to do next? Pray this prayer with faith.
“Father, I know that I am a sinner and that I deserve to go to hell, since my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life towards you. Please forgive me, and help me sin no more. I believe that your son Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins, and was resurrected from the dead, and He is alive, and hears my prayer. I do now receive Him as my personal Lord and Savior and I want Him to be a ruler of my heart from now on. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
Remember that though you are saved now, salvation is a process. Scripture says,
Matthew 24:13 (New International Version)
But he who stands firm to the end will be saved.
It is your choice to seek His help or reject Him every time you are in a crossroad to make a decision. Find a Bible-believing church and speak with the Pastor about baptism. He would guide you in other important things like anointing of the Holy Spirit and sanctification in daily life

Depends on what religion you want to convert to. If you want to be Christian, ask Christ to come into your life and mean it and that's what it takes. If you want to belong to a church all you have to do is to that church, live by their doctrines and accept Christ.
