No you are actually under weight by at least 10lbs and that is based on a small framed person. In my opinion that's absolutely perfect.
If you are a medium or large framed person you are definately under weight and should talk to your doctor. Being above or below the recommended weights for your height and frame size could be unhealthy.
Also try to do half an hour's excercise three times a week to keep your body tone. Something like 10-20 sit ups, 10-20 push ups and gentle jogging would be perfect and will keep you healthy and trim.
Check out the link below and try to stay on or within the recommended weights for your height. I don't think you have anything to worry about and you sound absolutely gorgeous, I wish I was 13 again, I would be beating a path to your door. :)
Good luck with it.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! You are right in the range that you're supposed to be in, and low at that. Keep in mind that you are still growing. And don't go anorexic. Take it from somebody who had anorexia, it is not just a way to scrap a few pounds. it takes over your life and really messes you up. I have a ton of problems, especially because I did it as a teen. Trust me, skinny isn't everything, you should be proud of who you are and not what the media says you "should" be. I'm sure you are a smart, beautiful, caring individual and I hope that you can see that weight has nothing to do with that.

NOOOOO, I wish I were still that thin. Wow, those were the days. Whatever you do don't go anorexic. I've been to High School not that long ago and I heard of a girl that died because she was anorexic. You are great, you can eat whatever you want, just not tooooo much, for at least 2 more years, it depends on different people, without worrying, your metabolism hasn't set yet and it can still adapt. Enjoy eating everything you want while you can. If you don't you may regret it... Just don't go anorexic.

Oh my gosh you are sooo not fat. Do not go anorexic- I am doing a report on it for school and I have learned some pretty sick things. If you are anorexic you start to develop a layer of fur/hair because you don't have enough fat. Wouldn't you rather be healthy? Because you already are. Also, two models died of anorexia. So you can end up living until you're 15 or until you're 85. Your choice!

Honey... that is NOT fat !
If you want to injure your body over some stupid self image, than go ahead.
But coming from a mature 26 year old woman! You would be better off just joining the track team when you get to high school, then it'll BOOST your self esteem.
For the time being. Take a jog after school, and you'll feel healthier from the exercise. But YOU ARE NOT FAT.
Think about what you just said. You sound rediculous. come on now!

You are only 13 dear. You haven't even stopped developing yet. Anorexia is NOT the answer. If you are concerned about your weight, talk to your family doctor or paediatrician. He/she can tell you what you should weigh for your age and height. Keep in mind that the outside is just the icing on the cake. It's what you are inside that makes you an awesome person. God bless.

You're absolutely not fat, but even if you were, anorexia or bullemia is nothing to try. it doesn't make you look better. you loose your hair in large clumps and you look malnourished. Anorexia can be addictive, so when you're at 90 pounds (which you should never get down to) you still find problems with yourself. Don't compare yourself to others by your weight. weight is different from person to person because of hieght.
At thirteen, you shouldn't worry about your weight. just stay active and don't overeat and you should be fine. Also, don't eat a lot of junk food like chips or soda. Be sure to eat breakfast also because it jumpstarts one's metabolism. Most overweight people don't eat breakfast.
My source is a body mass index calculator. you should use it to find out what weghts are HEALTHY for you.

no, ur NOT overweight! im 5ft 3in (or 4) and i weigh 115 pounds and i look skinny. DONT go anorexic. that's not necessary, even if u weigh 200 pounds i would never suggest anorexia. why do you feel like you're fat? is it the people around you because if so you don't need to do that to yourself for other people. You shouldn't do that to yourself at all. I strongly advise you to not go anorexic, you're not fat, you're healthy.

If anything, you are underweight. I am the same height and I once weighed 115 and my friends and family told me I was too thin. I was skin and bones. I realized it only recently when I looked at pictures from then. I have put on a little bit since then and I look much better. You are NOT overweight by and means so don't think you need to deprive yourself of the nutrition it needs.

before i say anything else i just wanna let you know that you should NOT go anorexic, that is the biggest mistake you can make to do with this topic. Yes you are overweight, BUT, there are ways to lose weight, try exercise, maybe a short jog 3 times a week and as the weeks go by increase how much you jog and how far. another thing you could star watching is you diet, maybe you're eating too much junk food, or too much fat and carbohydrates and not enough protein. drink lots of water and keep a positive mind...good luck!
