This is a strange question, but is it possible for a three year old to have hair long past her waist?

Since she will be going to school soon i would recommend you cut it a lil so she dont get lice . but a girl being 3 and passing the waist must look gorgeous but that could give her headaches.

I have a two year old and her hair is at the top of her diaper. When she was one it was to the middle of her back. My 16 month old's is only at her ear lobes. It depends on the child. However if it is long it can be pretty painful for a child when you brush it. I put baby shampoo in my kids hair and then I use just a dab off conditioner in the ends. When I am ready to comb it I spray it with a leave in conditioner (not alot it will make their hair look bad) that way it combs really easy. Babies hair is usually fine but unfortunatly it gets really bad tangles.

I have a 3 year old sister and her hair is down to her butt. Its long and beautiful and she loves all the complaments she gets from people about her long hair. I was going to cut it because i thought that it would get in her way when she plays or make her hotter in the summer, but a simple ponny tail solved those problems. Honestly, i would ask the 3 year old in your life how she would want her hair. I tried telling my sister she should cut her hair like Dora the Explorer for example. It all depends on whether she has thin or thick hari, straight or curly? AND MOST OF ALL, what would make them comfortable. :)

yes it all depends on how fast your hair grows my daughter is going to be 4 in a week but her hair does not grow very fast it is only just below her shoulders I wish it was longer

sure, if she had hair early and it grows fast. I have a 2 yr 9 month is my childcare program with hair down to her lower back.

yes. at the preschool i work at many of the girls have very long hair. a lot of the girls have curly hair and if you pull out the curls it goes way past their butt. sd

No it isn't but for her to have play time and everything maybe cut it at her shoulder blades or something.She just has fast hair growth.

Yes but I would get it cut it can cause problems when thay are on the playground
