No problem, since you and your spouse fill in your social security numbers on the return.
But should you want 'to get it straight from the horse's mouth' use the following link to look up your local IRS phone number. Call them.

You won't have a problem, but use the same name on your return as is on your social security card. If you try to use your new name on your return, but haven't changed it with social security, then an efile will reject and a paper filing could be questioned. But as long as you use your old name on the return, you can file jointly and not have a problem.

The only thing is that you need to file the name under which SS has your most current file. So, use your before you married name, but still indicate MFJ (hopefully).
MFJ is the best way to file.
Sometimes married couples don't file together because of old Student Loans, Child Support, etc. You can still file together only the Innocent Spouse would file the Innocent or Injured Spouse form along with Return to keep the innocent from being affected by the others tax debt.

If Social Security has updated your name in their files, you will be fine. If they have not, your return MAY be delayed. If you file a paper return. Attached a copy of your marriage license showing the name change to your return. That will save much of the time the IRS would spend investigating the discrepancy between your new name and the Social Security records.
The IRS FAQ linked below may be useful in your situation.

No problem. The number is the same. Maybe add a note on your return. Do get the new card though.
