If ur hair is the length of hers or longer then i would use hot rollers (bigger ones ) but dont roll them up to the scalp, her wave is mainly on her ends. U can possibley achieve this with a larger curling iron 2" or thicker but again just mainly the ends. Spray with hairspray after every section and then spray some more when u are done(firm hairspray should do the trick) after u are done use ur fingers to sperate the curl (act as ur fingers are like a brush) then spray again. --- Im a Hairstylist... Ok here's what you do, use a thick curling iron maybe a 1 1/2 or higher and get some pins (check these http://www.sallybeauty.com/shop/2230/292517
). As you curl your hair- pin your curl to the base of your scalp. So when you've got all your hair in the curler slide out the curler (while maintaining your hair in a roll) and pin it. So essentially when your done your hair will be all pinned up. DOn't take it down yet. After your done doing this spray it with like an aerosol spray and then blow dry it for about 3-5 minutes on med/hot. And when it feels stiff-let it loose- take out clips. DON'T use a brush! Just use your fingers to kind of comb out your hair then use a shine balm and you can spray it again to maintain your do. Hope this works, let me know. I have thick hair too. ; )

Put super hold voluming mouse in your damp hair. Then blow dry it to get some volume. (Turn your head over and blow dry for extra volume.) Then use a curling iron with a large barrel ( about 2 inches) to make big curls randomly all over your head. Then gently run your fingers through the curls to make them looser. Set the style with LOTS of hair spray. Use one that is super hold, but flexible, so your hair does not turn hard as a rock!
Hope this helps!

What i would do is use an anti frizz shampoo and conditioner
and then straiten your hair with really good straighteners and then with a curling Orion curl some bits of your hair at the bottom
and it should look like your picture,
i hope this helps xxx

it works better with velcro rollers; but with a curling iron just do spiral type curls with lots of hair. curl to the back not the front. make sure it's a large barrel curling iron.

Flat iron it first with a heat protectant. If it's not layered, layer it. Then lightly curl it all over, and hair spray.

without a curling iron might be harder.
when ur hair is wet, put in a tight french braid and let it dry.
also, when ur hair is wet, pull it into a bun and let it dry.
you'll have wavy curls for both!

you could use a special mousse or gel to make your hair curly when your hair is wet, and what I do is roll my hair into 2 seperate buns on either side and go to bed. The morning I wake up, I take my hair out of the buns and there all curly and wavy! ~Good luck

If your hair is really thick, you can go to the hair dresser or barber and have them thin it out with a razor. That is what my wife does, and it allows her the ability to do just about anything she wants with her hair. It's a temporary fix, but it works!
