The Lortab 10/500 is stronger when it comes to the amount of Tylenol (that's where the 500 for the Lortab and the 325 for the Percocet comes in).

I would also recommend talking to your pharmacist about this. They can tell you more about what is the stronger one or what they think would be a safe choice for your dr to prescribe for you.

I hurt my back at work over 2 years ago and have been taking norco 10/325 (lortab 10/325) ever since. I tried the percocet for a couple of months when I first got hurt. Didn't touch the pain. Yes there is more of a chance of addiction, but a much better pain reliever. Just gotta be careful not to take more than prescribed.

Percocet is slightly stronger than Lortab. For me, the 5mg Percocet works better for pain than the 10mg Lortab. If your doctor said it's okay to take 2 of the Percocet, the pain relief from the Percocet is definitely greater than the pain relief from the Lortab in my experience... when I had kidney stones, the docs would give me the Percocet if the Lortab didn't work.

lortab has more narcotic and tylenol. some things don't work as well though, some people get better pain relief from percocet than lortab even though it has more narcotic, different type

Where I live, people pay around 5 for the lortab 10's and like 2 for the perc 5's.
