I have recently read some stuff about Indigo Children, how 95% of children under 8 are Indigos! Is this a load of mumbo jumbo, or is there any truth in it, it seems that children are evolving in some way?

Indigo children are victims of exploitation. Professional charlatans use them to advance their idiotic schemes of heretical divination.. These children are hauled around and shown off like freaks at a carnival.

New age idol worship at it's WORST.

Blue children? 95% of the kids under 8 are blue?

Is there any other definition for the word INDIGO than BLUE?

Where can I see these children? 95% is a lot - how come I don't see them on the street?

Indigo children are thought to be the next evolution in human spirituality, being consciously aware and more intune with spiritual gifts, psychic abilities and spiritual connections than previous generations. Due to these increased abilities, many of these children and adults are misdiagnosed with ADHD, behavior disorders and other problems in regards to authority figures and being told they have to continue to live as every generation has without challenging the system and protocols of society. Indigo generation is thought to have started in late 1970s to present day with the beginning of the Crystal generation.

This generation is thought to bring about transformation and huge changes in the way children are treated and educated and how life in general is pursued.

There is no truth to it. It is an unfounded assertion. Any mutations that are increasing in the next generation have not proven themselves to be beneficial yet - the 'indigo' label is a way of making people who have children with socialization abnormalities (autism et al, especially) think they are 'special' and 'better' than other children. From a psychological standpoint it creates another division between people, and avoids investigation, as rather than trying to help understand the actual, scientific cause, it allows it to be - potentially creating people who are antagonistic to the idea of technologies or therapies to allow these children to live normally.

Children born after a certain point of evolution will be different, such as these. As we've moved into the Fifth Dimension (of thought), those born after will automatically have the traits achieved.

It's very difficult to be an automatic enlightened child in a world still tied to the darkness of the past though.

whos to say its mumbo jumbo, a lot of the new age mumbo jumbo as people call it is harmless, its people wanting to believe theres something better in a world gone bad, a case of the world evovling to be a better place as we evolve to be better people. whether you believe or not its up to you, no one can make your mind up for you.is it so wrong to want a better world ?to want our children to live in a world free of racisim ,war , violence and famine,

Having just read the "what is an indigo child?" description on the link OD provided, they sound like little sociopaths to me. I'm having a hard time imagining why that is a good thing.

I've read a little of this stuff too. Frankly, I don't buy it. The definitions are so broad that anyone can stuff thier kid into that particular box. Kids were still kids, last time I checked.

Sounds like psychobabble to me.

Another way of allowing middle class parents to say "Oh no, Tarquin isn't backward, he's ...."

(This is not, in any way a dig at people who's children DO ACTUALLY have special needs)
