Depends why you were deported and usually the mininum is 5 years, "but", that is when you can apply for a pardon, and then wait to see if the pardon is approved. You first have to apply for a pardon and depending on the reason you were deported will be a very big factor in approving your pardon.

no you wont be able to get come back "legally" in 5 years, a deportations takes from 7-10 years too even concider clearing it and you have to make sure you stay in mexico for those 7-10 years before you petitions for a visa if not they'll give you your appointment to get your visa and DECLINE it right on the spot they'll give you a letter letting you know you cant get a visa!..

NO - from what I understand you can't get a VISA or permission to enter LEGALLY if you have been deported. And if you choose to return ILLEGALLY you will be in even bigger trouble for a repeat offense. You blew it dude!

10 years but some ******* of the government wont ever let them in again legally even if it has been 30. Don't bet on 10 for sure.
