im quite a shy guy, low on confidence just been viciously dumped by a long term girlfriend. my family & friends all live 50miles away so im looking to meet new people for dating or just to make new friends. iv never really had to "chat up" anyone so im not so good. do you know of any where or any sites, chat rooms or message services that might help me.

Don't know whether it's still there, but The Bell Inn was great, could'nt fail to pull in there!
Huge place, think there was 3 bars in there. Get yourself in the back room on a Saturday though.

Most street corners should do the trick for you in Norwich.
You'll probably need about twenty Quid though...
