Anyone know is this is good for Arthritis of the hip?

I have used both, and think it helps; but Niacinamide & Calcium seem to be at least as effective, and cost less.

The proper spelling of the first combination is Glucosamine and Chondroitin.
I don't know about the MSM, but I was started on the former by my dear Mom almost six months ago, for rt. hip & shoulder problems, and the double dose I've been taking works for both of us!

Yes a a matter of fact it is...Its best if you get it as a complex which means it comes in one bottle so u wont have to be taking so many pills. I also recommend coral calcium it has 72 trace minerals, and it is taken from the shores of Okinawa Japan...no joke the stuff works very well.

yes! i'm sure it is ! I take this EVERY DAY
I am a hiker i like to hike! and backpack was told this is a life saver on the joints ..
but it puts extra liquid in your joints and it takes about a month for it to work in your system!
you notice it more when you stop taking it but you will feel better with your joints when you type! when you walk they don't seem so stiff!
