The only six pack you can get by running is a six pack of soda or beer when you pass the store on your jog route. LOL

Seriously...though you do not work your ab muscles enough to achieve this...you need to do crunches and some weight training that specifically targets these muscles.

it will help tremendously IF you also do crunches, leg lifts, and other ab excercises then you will start to see results within 2-3 weeks i know thats a long time, but be dilligent. just runa dn do abs (like 300-400) and there you go. eating good also helps a lot.

The running will slim you down but will not define your muscles.

You need to combine cardio with weights and crunches.

U will lose the weight but u have to do mad crunches to get that belly tight.

it will help with the fat that lays on top of your abdominal muscles, but only working those muscles will give you definition.

no running WILL HELP GET YOUR lEGS MUSCULAR but not asix pack for that try sit ups

it will burn fat off ur adominal area then you can start doing situps and yes u will get abs!
