This is not meant to be insulting, offensive etc. I am truly curious.

If u do not believe that Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice then how come Jews no longer make sacrifices unto God through altars and animals?

There are many who want to, but they need a temple to do it according to the Levitical Law. That is why there is a Temple Institute in Israel. They have all the articles for the new temple, all they need is the OK to build. There is also another group that have hewn the cornerstone of the temple. I know this group well, since I hosted in my home, the head of their organization.

I'm not Jewish, but even I know that.

The Temple was destroyed in 70 AD by the Romans.

No temple = no sacrifices.

The cult of Christianity was nothing more than a breakaway sect that tried to find a way around the missing Temple.

The same type of cults sprung up after the first Temple was destroyed.

Besides, a Messiah is not a sacrifice of any kind. The term refers to a combined office of Warrior/King/Priest.

Doesn't matter now, as Israel has a Parliamentary Democracy with a Prime Minister. They did away with the backward idea of Warrior/King/Priest and joined Civilization.

Because there's a mosque on the site of the altar. Jesus didn't stop animal sacrifice, the Romans did.

Simple:

Such sacrifice is only valid in the Temple. The Temple does not currently stand.

Jesus wasn't sacrificed in the Temple, so even if all else about him were true, he would not have been a valid blood sacrifice.
