I get tension headaches really bad when the weather changes. I have had this one for about 4 days now and it is not letting up- what is the best medicine to take? I've tried regular tylenol but that hasn't helped one bit. thanks!

I agree with what the precious poster says. I take Excedrin Tension Headache and it works. Are you sure it's a tension headache? I get super bad sinus headaches when the weather changes. The only thing that works for me is Sudafed Sinus headache, it's amazing.
Hope you get some pain relief!

Try taking Excedrin Tension Headache formula.

If it still doesn't help, see your doctor. I have had this problem and my doctor prescribed fioricet.
