How do you get rid of blemish/beauty marks?

Hi! I have a lot of blemish from acne scars and a lot of beauty marks. Does anyone know how to get rid of them safely? Are there any home remedies or any thing I can buy at a drugstore. Please don't say proactiv or to see a dermatologist or that I have cancer. I was just wondering...if maybe there's some cream that can rid it or reduce the image of it? It's not a gift, it's taken away my self-confidence =( please help.

you cpould use a non sheer, base make in you skin tone. that will help even out the color of your skin and cover blemishes.
