marino, in so little words you stated laws are unecessary. why do we need laws? i guess pedophiles will have a field day living next door to you and your kids and hookers and drug dealers can solicit freely in your neighborhood. think before you write pls.

Why are people so quick to assume you are in anyway serious. Its a rhetorical question people . Its about the fact that it seems that illegal aliens can do this with our nation and instead of being prosecuted they are offered amnesty. The other veiled racial reference was totally uncalled for.
Each time you refer to any legal American in any disparaging way you are helping the cause of the enemy's of this great nation. There are people of all races and colors that are receiving government entitlements . But legal Americans at some point in their lives have contributed money thru their taxes to the assistance programs. They deserve it ,illegal aliens from any nation ,have no rights to any entitlements. When any illegal aliens search for a better life interferes with any legal Americans better life ,then we have a problem.

Not all ILLEGAL immigrants get that and not all of them are thiefs and robbers .. Jails are full of " Legal Americans to prove that..
I'm sorry your hungry .. how many Quarter pounders would you get if you sold your computer ..or cancelled your internet..
There is no reason what so ever that anyone should go hungery in the US . there is no reason there should be anyone getting sick and not being able to afford medication and a doctors visit or hospital stay or surgery if needed..
but thats not the fault of ILLEGAL immigration
Take the State of TN where the Gov there revamped the State health care sytem making it almost impossible for honest poor people to afford any kind medical help ..that man made his fortune selling medical insurnace why would he give it away Take the big drug companies who have a monopoly on prescription drugs and can just about name thier won price even though generic's are of the same quailty at 1/2 the price .. who do they have in thier pockets ..
How many billions of dollars are going towards a " WAR " that has no end .. do you think bush cares how many people are killed on Either side just as long as he can say He Won ...
boy give your head a shake and look at the whole picture
Blame your leaders and law makers the stock market players who control everything .. blame me if you want ..

Im really sorry you dont have enough to eat and i feel bad for your kids cause they will probably grow up with the same attitude you have ..
God Bless America but never mind anyone else right ??

When you go over the top and use violence, like in a robbery, you totally change the stakes--its no longer simply stealing.

There is help out there, but no one owes you (or your kids) a living. Get a job or a better job. If you can't get decent work where you are, you need to move to where the jobs are. Public assistance was never meant to be lived on, and welfare reforms make it tougher than ever to stay on welfare permanently (besides, why would you want to do that--it's like admiting that you are useless). Just find some help to tie you over until you can get a better job. Robbing a bank would get your kids taken care of--barely. They'd be better off with you barely taking care of them.

If you rob a bank or steal from your neighbors you commit a felony which is punishable by imprisonment if you are caught. If you are not caught, it is still an immoral act. The government has programs which are available to help people who want or need the aid. They would be preferable to the chance that your children would grow up only seeing their mother 1 time per month behind bars.

If you were in the situation that Hurricane Katrina's victims were, then I guess you would be excused from robbing since you were in GREAT NEED. I am sorry if I offend you, but the idea that all illegal immigrants live off of welfare and don't pay taxes is as stupid as the one that all blacks do. Get my point? Quit being so stereotypical!

No, they will prosecute you and your children will go to foster care.

Instead, try getting food stamps, a steady job, section 8 housing, and financial aid for school. Then you can get a good education, a good job, and get off government assistance and remain an upstanding member of society.

Just claim to be an illegal and all this could be yours.

Other work hard, spend wisely, and keep trying. Failing that use the John Kerry method.....marry well.

If the system is so unfair that it pushes some people to despair, then everything is fair.

The "law" is nothing but a set of rules imposed by force by the strong ones, to benefit the strong ones and keep those who are weaker under control.

By breaking those "laws" you're only doing what is necessary for you to survive.

That's also why revolutions are necessary from time to time: to show the strong that the weak can get angry enough.

PS: If you cannot defend your loved ones, you don't deserve to have a family.

It's amusing to me that the answerers here don't seem to get the analogy. They are taking you seriously, lmao. You make a very good point. That is why ILLEGAL immigration is so infuriating for us working stiffs. I don't have healthcare either, so I know how you feel. I pray everyday nothing happens to me to drive me in deep debt, b/c I have worked hard to maintain my good credit...not an easy thing to do these days. Good point, you have! Kudos!
