Do you believe that there's any Bible verse that applies to abortion? Which verse(s)? Do you believe that "abortion is murder?"

If so, would you kill a doctor who was about to perform an abortion, in order to defend the "life" of the fetus? Do you think that would be justifiable homicide? Do you believe there are any circumstances where abortion is permissible? What circumstances? Rape? Incest? To save the life of the mother? If abortion is murder, why would these special circumstances make any difference — why would they make it okay to kill a helpless fetus?

And please give a specific Bible verse to justify your position that abortion is permissible if it causes the death of an innocent baby who is the result of a rape.

Pretty much shows that children are alive and living beings in the wombs of their mothers. The instance where Mary walks into a room and John the Baptist leaps in his mother's womb proves that babies are keen to spiritual things.

None of the verses quoted by envirodude above support pro life. In fact they support the pro abortion side. For example in each case he mentions God does say what he claims. But then God aborts at least 50% of the eggs and fetuses that he is speaking of in his quotes. So it is clear that abortion is not evil, wrong or even bad. Because if it were God would say so.
And there are numerous quotes in the Bible where God kills the fetus in the womb. At no time does he call it murder. The Bible quotes over 300 types of murder and none of them are a woman making an abortion. I think God would call it murder if it were murder.
Finally, when the virgin Mary conceived Christ, the law was that a woman that had sex outside marriage would be stoned to death. It is clear that the only way to survive if you were a woman was to have an abortion unbeknownest to the people in the community. So Mary had the choice to give birth to Christ or to abort. God knew that those with free will usually make the right decision. God gave Mary the choice and she made the right choice. It is clear that God trusts the choice of women.
In conclusion, there is not even one word in the Bible that supports the pro life view. And the whole Bible is built on the pro choice view.
