This has got to be one of the most immature questions I have ever seen. All I can say is tie your two feet together and go to the mall and park at the most distant point you can park and try walking to the door, maybe then you will rethink your question. All I can say is thank whoever you feel like that you are blessed that you do not need those handicap spaces.

It isn't an either or situation for all handicapped people. I had a temporary handicapped card that I used only when I felt I needed it which was once in great while - as I was recovering. I left those handicapped parking spaces alone for those less fortunate than me. I parked in the regular spaces. So of course not, handicapped people should not be punished - they're already suffering enough anyway.

yes, but not too harshly. they already have the best parking spaces and everywhere i go, there is always an empty handicap spot. we are punished if we even just pull into a handicap spot. though i don't see why they would even park in our spaces seeing as there's always an empty first handicap parking space.

Absolutely not, The handicapped have closer parking for a reason, and if all the handicapped parking is full they have every right to park in other parking spots.

They already are by the extended length they must walk, push, struggle to get to where they want to be. And probably because someone who is not handicapped has parked in a designated handicap area. God bless****

Only if handicapped people receive as many spaces as we do.

Think about it they only have less than 10% of the spots.

No. They have enough challenges to face everyday, parking shouldn't be one of them. People who are not have the capability to get along just fine going to and from the regular parking spaces.
