my neighbors big lab got a hold of my small beagel i was not home at time but other neighbor saw it happen is there a natural remedy besides a gun to cause a dog to mis-carry?

How about taking the dog to vet and having her spayed. If you're unwilling to do so, surrender the dog to someone who will take care of her.

I'll just assume the gun part was a bad-taste joke.
If you get the dog the the vet FAST I believe there is an injection to sort her out.
Please get her spayed so she doesn't have to go through this again.

Take her to the vet right away, there is an emergency shot that can be administered if you get her there in time. Do NOT administer anything yourself, you might kill her.
And get her spayed.
