Anyone else have puppies die after feeding them Pedigree soft puppy food?

Pups were 2 1/2 and 3 months 2 days old.

Jess is right -- Pedigree is not on the recall list.

You may want to have necropsies performed on the puppies (as unpleasant as that is) in order to confirm cause of death, rather than making guesses. It may have been something you hadn't thought of, congenital defect, or something you could not have controlled.

Pedigree is not on the current recall list. Although after the events of today there may be a more extensive recall.

They found melanin in the tainted food, and are now blaming that for the deaths.

I used to feed my pup Pedigree soft and dry, but I found that it made my pup smell. Thats the reason I stopped using it. I haven't heard of any deaths, thanks for posting this concern.

OMG! I am so sorry for your loss. That is so sad. I havent had any puppies do that but thanks for posting this information. I wont buy that kind of dog food for the next time I get a puppy.

Check and see if that was part of the food on recall. I bet it was. They found that rat poisen got into the food. I'm sorry your puppies died.
