I have long straight hair that is naturally really straight and i dont want to keep pulling and ripping it out with the stupid hair brush, so does anybody have ideas on how to get tangles out of hair easily and in a hurry, i dont have time to waste on detangling my hair and i just get out of the shower so i already conditioned it but there is still knots

You May Need to Change Your Shampoo And Conditioner Try Using Products For Fine/Thinning Hair These Are Made For More "Delicate" Hair And Usually Smooth And Detangle The Hair More WITHOUT Making It "Heavy" Or "Greasy". A Good "Leave-In" Conditioner May Also Help. Try Using "Cooler" Water To Minimize Swelling And Tangling Of The Hair. NEVER Brush Wet Hair! Use A Large Tooth Comb And Start At The Ends (I KNOW, - You've Heard This A Million Times) Look For Special "Easy Detangling" Combs At The Beauty Supply. (PANTENE® Makes A Couple Of Shampoos You Might Want To Try - "Breakage Defense" And "Ice Shine") Good-Luck!

Condition your hair twice while you are in the shower, use a heavier conditioner first, rinse, then apply a lighter conditioner and run your fingers through it while the conditioner is in, that should get most of the tangles out. Use a large comb on your wet hair and apply a leave-in conditioner to prevent your hair from tangling as it dries.

Try starting brushing from the bottom and working your way up, and if this doesn't work, you should try either a detangler (they smell good) or consider maybe a leave-in conditioner.

When you brush, start from the very bottom and move up your hair, that is the easiest way to get tangles out fast.

Well, definitely don't rip a brush through it.
After you get out of the shower, comb leave-in conditioner through you hair and GENTLY brush through
