Pastor Billy says: What a poorly worded question, "oh ye of little faith" the reason Catholics recognise the intercession of saints is because they believe in the power of God to allow it's value. Catholics recognise the Oneness of God's Body the Church hence saints can and do pray for us.
Perhaps I should get Joel Holsteins book on prosperity or the perhaps purchase the propriety prayer handkerchief the other TV preacher is offering is that giving praise to God alone?
Come on get real you're just jealous Catholics have a larger faith family that includes those in heaven with Jesus already.
The nun is providing a story of her healing don't you think people healed by Benny Hinn recognise his part in their healing?
Catholicism teaches it is by God's power and authority that other members of the Body of Christ can intercede for us with their prayers to Jesus nothing unscriptural about that.
grow up and act Christian

Proper Catholics know God works miracles through people. It is not the person themself working the miracle. God can choose to work a miracle through anyone at anytime.
Biblical and historical precedent continues to demonstrate that God works miracles through particularly holy people.
I know the human sinner you are refering to is the late Pope John Paul II. While you see nothing more than a common sinner, he is beloved to Catholics worldwide and, as the miracle demonstrates, is favored by God as well.
Catholics venerate and honor saints, and rightly so. This is NOT the same things as worship.

First, Catholics do not give credit of miracles to people. I know you've heard that so-and-so prayed to St. So-and-So and was healed, and you take this as Catholics giving credit for the miracle to the person. This is incorrect.
The miracles these people experienced came from God and God alone. Only He has the power to grace with miracles. The saints are recognized for their intercession in the matter. That's all. It really is as simple as that.
God bless.

The Holy Spirit is the power behind every miracle, but God undoubtedly works through the faithful, as the scriptures prove, over and over again.
When God's people do good, it reflects favorably on God, and gives him suitable honor, glory, and worship.
Your narrow view of things will cheat you out of a lot of blessings, if you don't watch out.

Straw man. You set up a false statement to knock it down, but never actually address the other person's view.
Catholics believe that ALL miracles are from God and God alone. However, they believe that the intercession of the saints in Heaven, who are dead only in the body but alive in Christ, is a powerful addition to their own prayers & worship to God.

Well this question has been answered well by my fellow Catholics...but I question why your pointing fingers at Catholics specifically?
Why not mention the likes of Oral Roberts, Jim Bakker, Robert Tilton, Norval Roberts, Ernest Angley, and lest I forget; Benny Hinn..hmmm? They're all 'faith healers' they actually have claimed the healing is from them, their hands.
They give no glory to God where it belongs.

We do credit God. God moves through these people to do the miracles.

Silly isn't it. Now some Nun is claiming that her cancer was cured by the spirit of John Paul 2 because she prayed to him specifically. The Vatican is considering its merit. Oh Please...the miracle of coincidence.
Would she blame the Pope for her demise if she hadn't gone into remission?
Of course the exact same should be said of "I prayed to god and I got better but the the little girl dying in the bed next to me prayed really hard too but died anyway - gee too bad for her I guess her faith wasn't as strong as mine - clearly she was a sinful child." How do the righteous swallow this???
People who are sick either get better or die - prayer doesn't have anything to do with it.

Because they are Catholic and she is a nun. Course she'd praise the pope. I'm sure she also gives God glory. It's just the way their faith (religion) is set up with popes and priests and such
