That is unknown, but some of the shamanistic beliefs of people in Mongolia, Tuva, or the Altai region are pretty similar to what they have been for a long, long time. Hinduism is probably the oldest "established" or "world" (I hate that terminology) religion. Remember, religions evolve and change over time, so asking which one is the oldest is a little like asking "which is the oldest ape, human or bonobo or chimpanzee?" when all three are descended from a common ancestor over the same time period. If by "old" you mean "less changed" then the oldest religions are forms of shamanism or animism.

One or all of the pantheistic Religions like Native American Spirituality alive an well all over the Americas. These religions were products of the environment that man lived in tens of thousands of years ago.
The Humans at the time tired to understand their reality just like we humans of today try. At this point humans are exploring the possibility of working with genetics to improve the Human experience.
Back in the time of the Pantheistic Religions, not that some of these Religions don't still remain, people were observing the live around them and learning from the animals and plant life what made the world tick.
They explained the reality of Humans in different words and concepts, but the similarities are between then and now in Human development are much greater than the differences.
So ancient man could be quite at home on the subway with the same upbringing as modern man.
The Pantheistic religions from all over the world recognized and celebrated many different Gods at the same time.
Man needs, most of the time, a sense of life's purpose, or Man and Woman needs to understand
why he or she is here and what their purpose is.
As the American Indians say, "All my Relations!"

Animism is still practiced and is probably 50,000 years old, at least. Hinduism is an organized religion with a theology and is the oldest of that type.

Continually practiced? Probably the indigenous pre-Christian religions of Africa. Since they don't have a written tradition, you'd have to say Hinduism (well, Vedic religions. more accurately.)
(And the Paganism of modern Pagans is a modern invention, and NOT related to neolithic animism-something most Pagan know.)

The oldest organized religion is Hinduism, the first religion would be the Earth worship of our ancestor hominids (maybe as far back as Homo erectus).

Nature worshippers were the first religions and still being pratice, example would be like the native americans before english settlers came. Hinduism is the longest recorded history of their religion.
I think Hinduism started 2600-1500 BC?
