Iam civil engineer . we have cadastral survey area and our requirements to buildng low cost houses for civils peoples and for poors .

Well how big and what are the soil conditions , i find with the low cost houses is a solid slab raft about 200 mm thick with a skirt beam and centre beam . stormwater becomes a issue in large developments but attentuation tanks are used but I would look at a raft bcause you can fabricate the shutters and reuse have a look and see
